I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I am shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research. I am pleased to be honoring the memory of Amanda Loree, who lost her fight with cancer less than a year ago at age 21. Diagnosed with the disease when she was just 20 month old, she spent more than a year undergoing radiation, chemotherapy and surgery. When the brain cancer returned 16 years later in her life, Amanda met the challenge with a quiet faith. Only a year away from completing her college coursework, she wanted to use her education to work with children battling life-threatening diseases like the one she had overcome. Cancer cut short those plans, but her family members said the disease couldn’t kill her story or the good works it inspired. Amanda began walking with American Cancer Society's Relay for Life team at age 12. She eventually formed her team "Amanda's Pandas" which last year raised over 7,000$ for cancer research through the Relay for life.. Please help me in my endeavor to further raise funds aimed specifically at research of childhood cancers.
