I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Chi Alpha Pi

I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!

Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail.

*My Personal Message* ~I have been blessed with a full and healthy childhood. Therefore, it has always caused me pain to see others suffering, especially youngsters who should be more concerned with play dates than doctors' appointments. The incredible bravery of these kids fighting the battle of life every day both amazes and inspires me. Hence, I am trying to show a fraction of their bravery in my support of the St. Baldrick's Foundation, choosing to get rid of my hair while others are not well enough to have that option. Childhood cancer is not a choice, but by making these small choices in opposition to it, we can make life-changing differences. Please donate if you can, and spread hope if you cannot, because love is the greatest weapon when it comes to disease.~
