I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Conservative/Masorti Rabbis for a Cure

Hi Everybody,
I am joining a group of 36 Rabbis who have decided to shave their heads to raise money for childhood cancer research. The 36 of us are doing this in honor of Superman Sam Sommer z"l the 8 year old son of a colleague with refractory acute myeloid leukemia. Sadly, Sam passed away on December 14. Most of the rabbis are Reform and holding their shave at their annual convention, but I will be joining them in spirit and doing my shave this spring in the NY area. Details TBD.

I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
