I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Five Adamowski Boys

AWESOME YEAR. Once matching funds are accounted for I see we raised $3,501 this year!! None of that would have been possible without your loving support. For a 7 year total of $22,685! Way to go team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Sir Knight Gil Adamowski First I would like to start this message with a THANK YOU. Over the 6 years that we have been working together we have raised $19,184 in our fight to beat childhood cancer.

This year will be my 7th year and I will become the much coveted 'knight of the St. Baldrick's Round Table'. This year will be extra special as my 4 year old and possibly my 5 year old (he is a little shy and nervous...) will join me in having our heads shaved! I am excited for them to experience the joy gained from helping others and to participate in a cause much bigger than themselves.

What is Childhood? Playing, laughing, running, learning, growing. We all have images of what childhood looks like. None of those images include cancer. But for some kids - it does. Cancer does not discriminate and can affect any one of us at any time. It is a horrific illness and unfortunately strikes even the youngest and most innocent - our children. The research dollars we are raising are advancing treatment options and making an impact on children's and families' lives. I am honored to be part of helping kids get the opportunity to BE kids! Please join me in this fight.
