I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Cold Heads... Warm Hearts

Up till this spring I will have simply buzzed my hair in celebration of warm weather, then I heard about this wonderful foundation during this fall and felt it would be a personal failure for me not to participate. I personally do not know a child, or for that matter anyone that has been diagnosed with this disease, but in the spring I will be honoring a young 8 year old named Ida. Ida's story is a truly sad one, but I hope that this small gesture on my part will help this young child that has been struggling with cancer since she was only a year old. Please help me give a glimmer of hope to all children suffering from cancer and especially young Ida, and make a donation, whatever you can spare I won't judge and neither will the children you are helping.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
