I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Nude Noggins

I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!

When I was a child, I had friend named Johnny, who had Leukemia. I have many fond memories of Johnny, and sadly, they are too few, because Johnny lost his fight to cancer when he was only 5 years old. This was my introduction to this disease, and through the years, MANY family, and friends have found out that they too, had various forms of cancer, including my mom, who is a 29 year survivor of Breast Cancer. So, I'm shaving my head for ALL of those that I love! Those that have fought the good fight, and won, as well as those who lost their battle. I pray that together, we can find a cure to end ALL cancers! Won't you please donate now, for the children, and for those that you know and love, that have faced this disease, as well as for the HOPE of a cure? Thank you, and God bless all of you. ~ Maureen
