I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. I have decided to participate in St. Baldrick's because I want every little girl with cancer to know that she is brave and beautiful- it’s just hair! Sometimes it seems like cancer is a never-ending battle that society can’t win, but this IS NOT TRUE! I know we can come together to have a real impact on improving cancer treatment, and on the wonderful, inspiring people that have to undergo such a terrible situation.
