I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hi, my name is Jared Souza. On March 15th I am having my head shaved along with some of my friends and fellow students who attend Saltus Grammer School. Why am I having my head shaved? To help sick children fight cancer so that they can do the things that make them happy, like play sports, ride their bike, ride rollercoasters, go swimming, take vacations and lots more. More importantly, I'm doing it to raise funds for childhood cancer research! Worldwide, more than 160,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year. The St. Baldrick's Foundation partners with organizations around the world to fund childhood cancer research. We must all do everything we can to give kids a better chance for a cure.
