I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
Most of you know me as a Friend, Sister, Auntie (even Great Aunt), Parent Rep, PTA Member and Co-worker but I think the best way I am known is as a Mom. Everyday I look at my boys and wonder what will they have to go through as they grow up as more than 160,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year.
So many of my friends and family have fought or are fighting with Cancer. So that is why I am having my head shaved! No I promise it is not a mid-life crisis but just something I have always wanted to do. So I hope all of you can support me by please clicking on "Make a Donation" above which will go to the St Baldricks Foundation in helping with the research on Cancer. You could also go on the PALS website and make a donation directly on-line (don't forget to mention my name), or I will have "special" boxes made for donations to be placed at both "Heel Quik" and "The Booth" these donations will benefit local families and patients of cancer. I do hope you will support me ....

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
