I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Chrome Domes For the Cure

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Chrome Domes For the Cure

Update: As of April 10, I have officially raised $1,320! (The rest were offline donations) Thank you so much to everyone who has donated! Just because I've reached my goal doesn't mean we have to stop fundraising though. :) I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. While I'm slightly terrified to shave my head, it is my choice. The children who are diagnosed with cancer and have to go through chemo do not have a choice of losing their hair or not. That is why I am participating in this amazing organization. I am taking a stand against childhood cancer. I have friends who have fought cancer and won, and I have friends who lost their lives to this beast. I will do whatever it takes to bring awareness to this cause and help raise the money needed for research. While I am currently in school to become a Pediatric Oncology Nurse, I hope that the money I am raising now will fund research that puts me out of a job. No parent should have to hear the words "Your child has cancer".
Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! Click "Donate" to give online, or donate by phone or mail, using my participant ID: 599658.
