I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I DID IT!!!! After growing out my hair for TWO YEARS, I shaved it off to find a cure for childhood cancer!!! My goal was to raise $777 and WE DID THAT, TOO! With the help of family, friends, and strangers, we raised almost $900 for St. Baldrick's!!! My hair is NOT going to waste! I am going to send it off to Children with Hairloss, a non-profit organization that makes FREE human hair pieces available to children with medical related hair loss. Yes, my red locks will live on! THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING ME!!! -Melissa

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
