I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

UPDATE 2/7/13: The 2nd Annual Hair Color Auction has ended before it has started. A HUGE thank you to Josh Newsome and our Goldman Sachs Financial Team for making the $500 donation to buy the right to choose my hair color! Our team in based in Chicago, with several Northwestern University grads. Thus, much to my wife's Hawkeye chagrin, they have chosen Northwestern Wildcat purple!! Look for pics of the hair color to be posted on or about March 1! The ultimate goal for the event is $50,000 so that the event can take advantage of the $50,000 challenge matching grant from the Lohse Family Foundation. If you haven't done so already, please consider making a donation in support of a great cause. I'm going bald, AGAIN! I'm shaving my head again in 2013 in solidarity with children who have cancer and typically lose their hair during treatment, and in solidarity with the parents of these children who endure with their children, while raising critical funds for childhood cancer research! This event has grown incredibly each year and has a chance to get even bigger this year. The Lohse Family Foundation has pledged to match all donations raised this year through our event, up to $50,000, meaning, your donation doubles!

In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. Please make a donation on my head to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure.

Thank you for your support!
