I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Drew's Bel Air Crew

Drew was diagnosed with an Astrocytoma Glioma Grade II brain tumor while attending Penn State University. He went on to graduate with a double major in Animal Science and Psychology while running back and forth between NIH, Johns Hopkins and State College for biopsies, MRI's, doctor appointments and chemo. Unfortunately, just before graduation, his tumor progressed to a grade 3 then a grade 4 and he lost his battle in July of 2012. He traveled this journey with grace and little complaint. He almost always had an upbeat attitude and a smile on his face. When asked how he was, his typical answer was: "I'm fine. I can't complain." He loved to have his friends and family around him and they all did their very best to be there for him. Drew loved Penn State, the Broncos, the Cincinnati Reds, working with animals, fishing, helping people and being a volunteer fireman. In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. Please make a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure.To make a donation please visit the Looney's Pub, Bel Air - St. Baldrick's page and pick a participant to support. Many of Drew's friends, family and brother's in the fire department are participating in this event on March 9, 2013. We are "Drew's Bel Air Crew".Thank you for your support!
