I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
In 2013, it will be 15 years that my father lost his battle to lung cancer. In his memory I wanted to do something most women would not do and that is shave my head for cancer. As some of you know, I am working on getting my master's to become a child life specialist. This career spends a lot of time working with children who are battling cancer. Please help me reach my goal of $800 by supporting me with a donation. All of the money will go to research for children's cancer. And of course I will be donating my hair as well (we can't let this all go to waste now can we? :) ) Thank you!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
