♥ I'm shaving my head In Honor and In Memory of my sister, Michelle DeCarlo. She lost her 3 year battle to Ewing's Sarcoma on October 19, 2009. I miss and love her dearly, and I figured if Michelle could fight an amazing battle against cancer and unwillingly lose her hair during that battle, then I can give up my hair in her honor.This will be my second year shaving my head and donating my hair to Locks-of-Love. When I shaved my head the first time in 2010, I raised over $7,000 and this year I hope to raise even more!! Please help me reach my goal and help children everywhere.
♥ I am also a HUGE advocate of Headbands of Hope who also work with St. Baldrick's by selling AMAZING headbands. For each headband sold, they donate one to a child who lost her hair because of cancer and a dollar to St. Baldrick's. Please check out my story and the Headbands of Hope website to help even more.
