I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Mission Hills Christian School

Hi! It's T.J.

I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. I first learned about Cancer when my buddy's little sister was diagnosed at 7 months old. God healed baby Makyla and now she's in Pre-K. Makyla got the BEST care at CHOC. I visited her there many times and it's a great place to be IF you are fighting Cancer! I have another friend, Mr. Mike Garrison who fought Leukemia and Esophogial Cancer. I believe God is at work through the scientists and doctors.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you! Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail. Please find me "TJ Downs" before pledging. I am hoping to raise $500.00.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
