I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Broncos

I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. All year two common themes that we have talked about in our team meetings is keeping perspective and making a difference in our community. Those two reasons are why I have decided to stand in solidarity with all of the children, teenagers, and young adults who are suffering from some form of cancer. In a pre-practice meeting earlier this week, we were asked to raise our hands if any of us have been affected by cancer, and it blew my mind to see almost every hand go up. It put into perspective just how devastating cancer has become to our society. It motivated me to do everything in my power to raise as much money as I possibly can. Any donation is appreciated. I would like to dedicate our season and my participation in this event to my Papa Larry Cox who's life was taken far to early by cancer. Love and miss you Papa, And I think about you every day. Sincerely, Max Deering
