Gracious Supporters: The UWCSEA-East team have raised over US$12,000 (combining with what was raised on the night of the event), and donations are still coming in! This number will be matched by the Singapore Government dollar-for-dollar for a grand total of almost $25,000. And although the web site shows a little over $130,000 (http://www.stbaldricks.org/events/mypage/4875/2012), the actual number broke $150,000 this year If you click on the following link (http://chadamart.smugmug.com/Other/St-Baldricks-2012/21961090_cFLTnj) you will get to a Smug Mug account which has lots of pictures. As you will see, the event was exciting, fun, moving, and inspiring. Many of the children were interviewed, and the people were struck by the children’s eloquence. There were lots of tears in the crowd when the girls lost their beautiful locks. On behalf of the children, both those pictured here and those fighting cancer, thank you so much for your generous support of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. We are proud to know that we have sponsorship from a global “family” in places as far away as Denver, London, Seattle, New Jersey, Sydney, DC…and as close as next door. From cool heads to warm hearts, The UWCSEA East St. Baldrick’s Team

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
