I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

We did it! By supporting me, you raised over $600 for research to cure cancer in kids. All of us together at my school raised over $17,000 from donations and the bake sale (which Jessica worked on). If you want to see exactly how the St. Baldrick’s Foundation spent this money, check stBaldricks.org in July and November, because that’s when they announce the grants. And of course, I did get my head shaved. Eve, Jeff, Jessica, and my mom were all there cheering as I started with a “negative Mohawk” and then had half a head of hair, and soon after that, none. It feels weird, but it’s worth it. Thank you!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
