I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Palm Bay Fire Rescue

First of all, to those of you who were so generous to donate for me last year, I thank you so much. (I found thank you cards I had started last April and have no idea why I didn’t finish them….but I will) That you stepped up to the plate to support my head shaving means the world to me. Hair is nothing. It grows back. I don’t mind the stares and the questions because they mean that more and more people are learning about St. Baldricks and its cause. No matter how much or how little money I might garner, it is worth knowing that the $ you and I have donated, and will donate, could help find a cure for one or more of these cancers is mind boggling. And I want to be a part of that discovery! So, I am shaving my head again, standing in solidarity with children who are dealing with this overwhelming intrusion into their tiny lives and a situation that they, nor their parents, family, and friends, should not have to go through. I love children, and it absolutely rips my heart out to see any child suffer for any reason. But if there’s something I can do to help, even just a little, I will. Please. Sponsor me again. I don’t care if it’s fifty cents or fifty dollars – that fifty could be what’s needed to find a cure. Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail.
