I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Tanana Middle School

I am participating in a Tanana Middle School assembly where I will get my head shaved in order to raise money to cure childhood cancer. One of our past students had benefited at a young age from our advances in cancer treatment. She is now cancer free! My own mother died of cancer when I was a teen, and I know personally how devastating cancer can be. It is both rewarding and fun to participate in this special event!
