I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: 4th district

I am shaving my head in honor of Mia Elizabeth Sanchez. She is my wife's niece and my partner's daughter. She passed away from Brain Cancer almost seven years ago. Mia was only 2 1/2 years old. Mia continues to live inside of us each and everyday. My son, Sean Patrick, always looks at Mia's picture hanging in the bedroom. Kristine always says Mia is the one whou brought us together and I'm very grateful for that. In addition, my dad has battled and beaten Lung (2), Colon, Bladder and numerous skin cancers. He is by far the greatest inspiration and toughest person I've ever known. Lastly, I would like to honor the lives of my family members who have lost their courageous battles. Come and join us as we make sacrfice to help find a cure for kids!!!
