I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Lincolnshire Firefighters L4224

Last year at this time, my head was involuntarily bald due to the effects of chemotherapy. [See my "before" picture ;) ] This year I'm volunteering to go bald to raise money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation in support of finding cures for childhood cancers. Childhood should be a time of joy and carefree happiness. I am devastated by the thought of a child having to endure cancer and the ravages of treatment. That's why I am willing to shave my head -- anything to get your monetary support!
Please give what you can, and don't forget to submit a matching gift form if your employer has a program. Thank you! Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail (click the "Download donation form").
St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
