I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Jaymo

On average I spend $15 a week on coffee before work, $25 a month for Netflix movies, I've spent over $100 in one sitting of sushi splurging a few times in the past couple years, more than that amount with my family at other restaurants. $100 a month for my cell phone bill, and I can sit here and type countless of other expenses that I made but didn't need. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy all of these small luxuries and chances are I will continue spending money on most of them in the future but it still doesn't take away the fact that I DONT need them and DIDNT need them, but at a certain point I try and remind myself that these kids DO need the money, and they DO need the support, if I was a parent in this situation I would appreciate all help given and i'm sure I would definitely need it. This year I wanna back up my own thoughts and actually donate/participate. And i'm gonna try and make it a point to continue to donate in the future. I think we can all do the same or similar, once we put ourselves in someone else's shoes it can change our normal look the other way attitude. Im planning on starting with a $50 donation myself and if I can do more before 03/18/12 I will. If you receive an email its because you are family or close friend and I trust you'll help me in at least getting close to the $500 goal I set. Please help out with whatever possible and if you read some of the children's profiles on this site you can see where i'm coming from. Thank you guys.
