I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I having my head shaved? To stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, who typically lose their hair during treatment. More importantly, I'm doing it to raise funds for childhood cancer research! In 2003 I chose to shave my head and raised over $8,000 with the generous help and support of lots of amazing people. Nine years later, I am choosing to shave my head again. I have a choice to make a difference by doing this, the kids with cancer don't have that choice.
