I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Go Bald or Go Home!

Third time is a charm, right?

Yep, this is my third year shaving my head for the kids! And, I thank you all for making this such a wonderful experience. Without your encouragement and generous support; I'd have shoulder length hair again. But, noooo, you've cheered me on and inspired me to keep going.

If you recall last year, the stories of 4 brave children battling cancer were my inspiration. This year, I'm shaving in honor of Cader Spinello. For a year, I've been following his journey through the The Caring Bridge organization. I have rejoiced in his victories with many smiles and an equal number tears. It has been one year since Cade suffered a major stroke following surgery that was successful in removing most of the tumor. I look forward to his father's daily posts- so inspirational. Even better than my horoscope! Cade is doing very well with his chemotherapy in addition to all of the rehab therapies! He is a hero!

Please support me, yet again, with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
