I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids.
This will be my third year shaving. In July of 2011 Mackenzie Lloyd, another friend of my daughter, was diagnosed with Cancer. So, I am going for a third shave and counting on you to support this cause. I have increased my goal this year to $2,000. This year I have not had a hair cut since the end of July. My hair is getting long because I want to do something crazy the week prior to the shave. The person with the largest donation will be able to decide my hair style for the week. (however, I really did rock the fro.....hairstyle must be approved by my boss) I am trying to have a little fun with this very serious topic in order to raise more money to help find a cure.
Thank you!
