I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The Purple Chipmunk

I've answered the call to be a hero! I joined nearly 200 people on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and changed my life. I feel GREAT - it was exhilarating to go bald, and I'm still feeling happy that I could further the cause of children's cancer research. The added bonus is that I feel different on the inside now - I feel freer (and not just because I can give away all my barrettes, clips, bobby pins, ponytail holders, 4 sizes of curling irons, hair dryers, gel, mousse, shampoo, combs, brushes, etc!). Excuse me, I need to go buy more sunblock now....
