I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: ALL KIDS WITH CANCER

I would like to reach out to you and ask you to support my son in his mission to raise money for the St Baldircks Foundation. Alexander heard about this through our friend Gary Timpe. When I explained why Gary was shaving his head Alexander had a look of concern in his eye when we started to discuss cancer and its impact on people. I asked him if he would ever cut off his long hair to help a great cause like this. His response was a mixture of happiness and fear about loosing all of his hair. He is an emotional boy and you could tell he was upset hearing about how sad it could be being sick and struggling with cancer. But he was also happy to think that he could somehow help. I ask that you please go to the following link and pledge a donation. We know friends that have fought with cancer but fortunately for us we have not had had to face it directly in our family like many others. I want to be proactive in making a difference and I believe that this should be a mission for everyone even if you have not been impacted. One boy wants to raise as much money as possible in the next few hours. Please help me support him and to teach him that EVERYONE can make a huge difference. Thanks, Stephe and Stacey Blansette - For Alexander, our Son!
