Over the past few years I have had the opportunity to work closely with many patients and families who's lives have been forever changed by the diagnosis of cancer. Although research has led to many advances in therapies as well as improved outcomes, there still remains vast room for continued improvement. By shaving my head as part of the upcoming St. Baldrick's event, I hope to not only raise needed money for continued research into childhood cancers, but I also hope to show support for my many patients and families who courageously deal with their disease on a daily basis.
Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
