I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
Hi - my name is Spencer Kurth. I am 12 years old and I am participating in St. Baldricks because last year I saw many of my Dad's coworkers from the Batavia Police Department donate money and shave their heads. I decided then that I would grow out my hair and raise money for a cure for cancer. I usually have a buzz cut so it has been interesting in not cutting my hair for a whole year. Then about three weeks ago we found out that my father has lymphoma. So I am asking you to please donate and help me reach my goal of raising $200.00..

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
