I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Every weekday in the US, 46 parents are told that their child has cancer. On April 21, 2008, I was one of those 46. In order to raise awareness and hopefully lots of funding, I will be shaving my head along with 45 other mommas that all have children that have fought cancer. We all come from different parts of the country, have different occupations, and different beliefs. The one unwanted common bond we hold is having a child with cancer.

In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease, more than asthma, cystic fibrosis, diabetes and pediatric AIDS combined. Please make a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure.

PLEASE make your donation now!! NO donation is too small or too big!!

Thank you for your support!!!

We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
