I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

“I want to be the first girl who does not have cancer to shave her head.” Over a year has passed since Maya first made that declaration and never once has she wavered on her decision. She is deeply and passionately committed to live in solidarity with children who have cancer and typically lose their hair during treatment. Her bravery is beyond her 6 years. We are so proud of her and appreciate all the support that everybody is giving. With love, gratitude and appreciation, Jim, Chanda and Maya PS- Be sure to check back to see the "after" photos! Maya can't wait to show off her new look.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
