I am very honored to have the chance to once again participate in a St. Baldricks event. We sometimes find ourselves indulging in our own lives so much, we forget to take a minute to see what is going on around us. We go about our everyday lifes thinking things will never go wrong for us. We forget just how lucky we are to have the time and energy to think that way. There are some who never get to think that way and are not as lucky to be blessed with all that some have. So take a minute to think about all that you have and then give a little piece of what you have to those who are not as lucky. Give a little or a lot, but just give what you can so all the great kids in this world who fight the fight every day. So they can have a chance at a normal life with no tubes and hospitals in their way. Give these kids and thier special families the chance they deserve to be special and free. No matter how bad you think that you have it right now, its pale in comparison, to what these special kids go through every day of their lives. Give what you can and know how special you are for doing it.
