I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
KEY CLUB
Cancer was rarely thought of to me until a couple years ago when Michael lost the battle to cancer. To me i guess it never occured to me how someones life can be taken away so quickly even to someone i know. And i guess i never thought it could happen to someone i know. Ever since Michael i have always taken Cancer seriously. I miss my cousin more than I thought i would. I wasn't as close as i wished to be but i know that every time i did spend time with him I had a good time. And I regret not taking advantage of this time. And I would have done anything to keep him with us. And now that i have come upon St. Baldricks I can do for others what I couldn't do for Michael. Our school was top in the whole nation last year in money raised for kids with cancer. And this is what St. Baldricks is all about. We raise money for kids with cancer and then have shavees who shave their heads for cancer. I know that this has a soft spot in your heart as it does mine. And i ask you to join me and my chance and yours to help those children with cancer. Rip Michael.. I love you
