I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Austin Fire Station 1

Friends, Family & Teachers, Last year my Dad raised money for kids cancer research by having his head shaved. This year I am going to do it with him. I want the kids who have cancer and don't have any hair to not feel so different and I want to help them fit in better. I have spent a lot of time at Dell Children's and the doctor’s offices next door and I’ve seen some of the kids with childhood diseases. I want to help in some way. Please consider donating what you can.  http://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/mypage/participantid/393003 Any amount will help in the fight to find a cure for childhood cancer.  The St. Baldrick's Foundation funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the US government.  My Dad and I will be adding our names to the list of over 106,000 volunteers who have shaved their heads in solidarity with kids fighting cancer.  I will get shaved on March 20 at noon at Dell Children’s Center. If you have time and would like to, come out and see us. There is also a childhood cancer fair that will be going on from 10 am – 2pm Thank you for your support! Alex
