I decided to participate in St. Baldrick's fundraiser this year because my 6-year-old daughter has cancer. She was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in April 2009. Since her diagnosis, our family has been challenged with many difficulties, but we have received wonderful support from several organizations that have made the journey easier. I want other families who are dealing with pediatric cancer to have the same type of support we have been fortunate enough to receive. Thank you for your generosity!
