I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The Blarney Baldies!

The bald guy is shaving his head again for charity! As many of you know, I have been coaching soccer for many years, two years ago a little boy named Noah on my team (and good friends with my youngest son Ryan) was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma cancer. Over the past two years, not only has this little warrior beat cancer, he had to do it twice. He has had a tumor removed; he has gone through countless rounds of chemo, he had a port inserted in his chest, lost all his hair (twice) and through it all, he never lost his amazing smile. Way too much for a boy who is only 9 years old to endure. As of January 12th 2010, Noah's scans and urine showed no evidence of Neuroblastoma!! "Cancer free" must have been the two best words his mom and dad heard after those two long years. The donations made to St. Baldricks allow grant money for research to help Noah and other children just like him. The unbelievable truth is that a child is diagnosed about every 3 minutes with cancer, and each one is a precious life we can help save. And while our cause could not be more serious, we have fun raising funds! I am asking you to please donate something - every dollar helps. Even five or ten bucks can and will make a difference! Thank you for your support! God bless you and let's pray that 2010 is the year that a cure is found for this horrid disease! Kevin Danaj
