I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The AthletiCo Bald Brigade

Thank you so much for all of your support. The event was inspirational, sad, and hopeful. I am glad I was able to be a part of it. The event was a success and raised over $100,000 and our AthletiCo group raised over $3,000. I ended up donating 11 inches! I am enjoying my VERY short hair, and adjusting to the new style. Thank you again, Love, Jen A couple people asked if they could still make donations, and yes the web site will be up for a few more months. So, I may not be shaving my head, but I am "chopping my locks" and donating 10 inches for hairpieces/wigs and to raise money for children with cancer. Children who have cancer typically lose their hair during treatment, so we are raising critical funds for childhood cancer research! In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. Please make a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure. To make a donation, click on "Make A Donation" or donate by mail or phone. Thank you for your support!
