I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I have been a participant with the St. Baldrick's foundation for five or six years, I don't remember exactly the year I started, but this year I was just going to volunteer and not shave my head, but the first local event I attended this year at Parasol's in New Orleans I started to change my mind and after seeing the kids that are battling cancer at the Tulane event, the same kids that are alive today thanks to the miracles performed due to improvements in cancer treatment that I decided I would again go under the clippers and shave my head to raise money for children's cancer research. I have be growing my hair out since at least early November, but it's coming off on March 21st. So I know I registered late, but help me quickly to reach my goal of $500.00 the hair goes regardless but I want to help researchers find a cure, I want kids someday in the future to not have to face the possibility of going through cancer treatments. So I ask you to please reach deep into your heart and your pockets and help me raise money to conquer children's cancer. Thank you for your support! If you need any further reasons to help take a look at some of the children that have been helped out locally with their battle against cancer thanks to research dollars raised by St.Baldrick's.
