I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Austin Fire Fighters

Hello All, As most of you know our kids came to be with us under less than ideal circumstances. It was very difficult for both of them but in the grand scheme of things they are healthy, active, and are able to do all the normal things most kids do. Other children, through no fault of their own are not so lucky. I do not know any kids with cancer but I believe this to be a good way to "pay back" all the support we received for our own children during their tough times. This is mostly for informational purposes only but if you want to give to the cause and see me bald, step up. I am taking advantage of the opportunity to catch up to my receding hairline and donating $25 to do it. With my big nose and wide ears I will be a beautiful site indeed.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
