I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hi all! I had a cancer scare a few years ago. Thank God, the biopsy proved to be negative. I was lucky. Others are not. In our school family two persons are fighting their battles and we pray that God's healing touch comes upon them. We also give thanks for the one who fought and won her battle. I ask that you give what you can. I think my goal of $250 in very achievable. But I will go further. If I get $500 in pledges, I'll shave the beard AND mustache! If you are healthy, give a donation as a way of giving thanks. If you know someone who is battling cancer, give because you care. Thank you and God bless! Joe Chevere "Mr. C" Update: 03-08-08 It's just after the event. My head is cold! It was a lot of fun. I did not make the $500 but I did break $300. It's not too late to give. For those who gave, thank you so very much. Joe
