I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hey there! You might notice I changed the goal. Your response has been fantastic, and though I don't think my follicles are worth any more now than they were this morning, your generosity is making me very very optimistic. Thanks so much! And remember, if you decide to shave your head for St. Baldrick's, I want to be the first in line to sponsor your baldness. 3/17 PS. The progress to the goal below is just what you've donated online and a handful of cash donations I just submitted. Add the $520 in checks I'll submit today, and, as of, 1:15 pm, we're just 237 dollars away! Wow. 3/18 WE DID IT! We cleared $5,000 by almost $500! Thanks so much!
