Hi friends and family, Thanks for visiting my web page. You heard right...I'm getting my head shaved to help raise money for cancer. Alexis is counting down the days until she gets to see me go bald (she giggles in anticipation at every mention of it). This is a great way to honor Alexis and the other childhood cancer patients that are fighting this disease. Some of the money that is raised for this event will go directly to Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland and have a direct impact on current patients! Thanks for your prayers for Alexis and support in raising money for this worthwhile cause. 2/22/08: Well, I guess $2,500 was not a realistic goal. You went right by that one within 24 hours of my email to everyone. I am re-setting it to $5,000 but I have a feeling that won't last very long either. Thanks for donating to such a great cause! 2/26/08: Wow, things are going much better than I ever thought possible. I'm going to raise the goal to $12,000 but I know more donations are coming that will help me achieve this one as well. Thanks to all! 3/4/08: Well, it took one week for that goal to be surpassed. With a new goal of $15,000 I'm probably pushing my luck but I have faith that the home stretch will be strong. I sincerely appreciate everyone who has helped to support me, Alexis and this great event.
