I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Charlie's Angels

Hayden came home from school one day and told me that he was going to shave his head to help his "Papa". I was confused, of course, until he showed me the St. Baldrick's flyer. I was instantly moved to tears when I realized what he was wanting to do. Hayden's grandfather was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 lung cancer. I'm touched that he made the connection and is so excited to do something to help. As his mother, I've always been proud of his wild blonde hair. He's willing to give that up to try and look more like his hero, his "Papa".
