I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?

Back in September of 2022, I went through losing my dad to a brain cancer known as glioblastoma, after two years of fighting, treatments, and ultimately, knowing what the outcome would be. There's not words to truly describe everything I felt and still feel about that.

And as tough as it was for my family and me, we had more than two decades together. To have a child diagnosed with cancer, I couldn't imagine.

I don't want to imagine. This is why I'm participating in my second St. Baldricks event. So that we keep thinking about a world where we might not have to imagine.

My Roles:

  • Shavee

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
