Caden is shaving his head again for St. Baldrick’s.
Last year he raised over $2,000. This year he set a new goal… to beat Dr. Lotterman’s total from last year. Dr. Lotterman is one of his pediatric oncologists who raised the most. So yes, he has officially challenged his doctor.
His Make A Wish trip to Hawaii is FOUR days later, which means I’ll be applying sunscreen to a bald head nonstop while also yelling at him to put on a hat every 10 minutes. Sorry in advance, Caden.
But in all seriousness, he wants to do this because he knows what kids going through cancer face. And if shaving his head again helps them and supports childhood cancer research, he’s all in.
Because every kid fighting cancer deserves better treatments and a cure.
If you’d like to help him reach his goal and support childhood cancer research, we’d be incredibly grateful. Even a small donation helps.
Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?
A challenge among friends 25 years ago has become the largest volunteer movement to Conquer Kids’ Cancer. This year, I’m joining thousands of others to shave my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!
Did you know, 1 in 5 kids diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. won’t survive? For those who do, more than 96% have severe or life-threatening conditions by the time they are 50.
Each shaved head, every dollar donated, creates a ripple effect of progress for kids with cancer.
Your gift will give kids and their families hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.
Together, let’s give these kids the lifetime they deserve. Thank you for your support!
