Join me in supporting childhood cancer research at the Hampton Roads St. Baldrick’s shave event on Saturday, March 14th at Elation Brewery from 11–2. In addition to donating to the shavees, our team will also have a bake sale that day to raise funds. Come grab a treat and let’s show our community how much we care.

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation supports research that finds cures and safer treatments for all childhood cancers, providing hope for children and families facing this fight. They are the #1 charity funder of childhood cancer research grants – in their 25th year.

I work at CHKD in the Cancer and Blood Disorder Center with these brave patients and their families as they endure chemotherapy treatments to fight their cancer. Some treatments haven’t changed in years and we need more research for better treatment protocols with less side effects that that these kids enjoy more of their childhood.
