I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?

Hi!! I’m Mitchell Montgomery and I’m 6 years old. I love playing sports, being outside and doing Legos. I’m having fun in 1st grade (so far….) with Mrs. Smith and all the teachers at Southwest. I did my first shave when I was 4 years old. A special person in my life fought and beat breast cancer in 2024. Sadly, she is now battling another form of cancer as we speak and although she’s an adult (young adult in my opinion) I would still like to raise money for any new research that could help someone like my Aunt Lauren fighting Leukemia and others affected by cancer. See pictures/links below to learn more about her story.

Your gift will give kids and their families hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.

Together, let’s give these kids and families (like mine) the lifetime they deserve. Thank you for your support!

Thank you!
