I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: English Department

I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: English Department

My mom is a three time cancer survivor. One of my best friends is a multiple time cancer survivor, including the first time occurring when she was a child. Another best friend lost her mom to cancer. Another former student and colleague recently fought cancer. A have a former student whose child is currently going through cancer treatment. Countless friends', colleagues', and teammates' lives have been forever altered by cancer.

I’m raising funds with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to support research that finds cures and safer treatments for all childhood cancers, providing hope for children and families facing this fight.

In addition to fundraising individually, I am also running six "Dine to Donate" events for our whole school event. We have raised over $1000 with the first three, and I am hoping for another $1000+ from the last three!

Your donation can help ensure that the next 25 years bring hope, progress, and cures. Together, we speed up the progress of saving the lives of these brave children and show our love and support to everyone affected by cancer.
